Hi, I am Emilia Charette!

Emilia is a young artist, now 12 years old, started collecting flowers for drying beginning at the age of 2.  She collected flowers which she would put in a flower press to be dried over a period 1 to 6 months depending on thickness.  Pressed Flower Art takes patience and an artist’s eye as the materials are delicate and the compositions have to be very complimentary.

Emilia has a love for sculpture which she enjoys and is very talented.  Emilia creates figures, such as people and animals at a level beyond her years.  Emilia has also been painting and drawing since the age of 1.  She really enjoys creating her pieces and she hopes you enjoy them as well.
